We had a visit from Rich, a pastor from our church, who flew down and visited with us yesterday and today. A big thank you to our church for that visit and support!!
Today Michael got a transfusion of platelets (so he does not have problems with bleeding). It sounds like he will get a lot of those. Also, his bloodwork earlier today showed no white blood cells that protect against infection. So the special prayer requests are for the new Stem Cells to find their home and start making white and red blood cells and platelets (engraftment). And prayers for no infection or complications while waiting.
